LoginFlow – Otpless for Perfex CRM

Note: This is a module designed for Perfex CRM. It is not a separate script.

Overview

Improve the authentication process of your Perfex CRM with the LoginFlow – Otpless Module. This module allows for passwordless login by integrating with OTPless authentication services, creating a smooth and secure login experience for users. It is a great option for increasing security and user convenience within your CRM.

Note: Currently, only staff logins are supported.

Installation Guide:

1. Log in to PerFex CRM as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Setup > Modules.
3. Select the extracted upload.zip at Module installation selection prompt and press Install.
4. You’re all set!

Requirements:

• An active OTPless account
• Properly filled staff user records in Perfex CRM with valid phone numbers or WhatsApp numbers
