• Follow-Up Lead Status: Select a lead status that triggers an automatic follow-up call. For example, marking a lead as “Follow-Up Needed” initiates a voice call to schedule a meeting or ask qualifying questions.
• Post-Follow-Up Lead Status: Define the status to be automatically applied after a call is completed, such as “Handled by AI” or “Followed Up.”
• Lead Source Mapping: Automatically assign a specific lead source (e.g., “AI Assistant”) to leads created through inbound voice calls.
• Voice Platform Integration: Works seamlessly with Twilio, Vapi.ai, and Bland.ai to power real-time conversational flows.

• Inbound Lead Capture: When a new client calls, the AI assistant answers, collects necessary details, creates the lead in Perfex CRM, and tags it with the appropriate lead source and status.
• Lead Qualification via Outbound Calls: When a lead is set to “Needs Qualification,” LeadPilot AI makes an outbound call and follows a scripted prompt to qualify the lead’s needs or readiness.
• Appointment Scheduling: Use automated outbound voice calls to suggest or confirm meeting times based on your workflow triggers.

Prompt Configuration:

Prompts are custom system messages that define the AI assistant’s tone, behavior, and objective during calls.

• Inbound Prompt: Configure how the assistant handles incoming calls—e.g., as a helpful receptionist collecting contact details and project needs.
• Outbound Prompt: Customize the assistant’s tone and goals for outgoing calls—e.g., confirming interest, qualifying leads, or following up on previous discussions.

How It Works:

1. Install: Upload and activate the module from SETUP > MODULES in your Perfex CRM dashboard.
2. Configure: Go to SETUP > SETTINGS > LeadPilot AI to input API credentials and set your follow-up and status triggers.
3. Define Triggers: Choose which statuses will trigger outbound calls, what status to apply post-call, and what lead source to use for AI-created leads.
4. Customize Prompts: Create your inbound and outbound AI system prompts to match your business tone and flow.
5. Track & Monitor: View all call logs in the central call dashboard or per-lead call tabs.
