Game Overview

Countries Quiz is an educational game that tests your knowledge of world flags. You’ll be shown a country name and must select the correct flag from four options. The game features timed rounds, score tracking, and sound effects.

How to Play

Basic Gameplay

1. The game displays the name of a country at the top of the screen
2. Four flag options appear below – only one is correct
3. Click on the flag you believe matches the country name
4. You have 10 seconds to answer each question
5. Correct answers earn you 1 point
6. Wrong answers or timeouts end the game

Game Controls

• Pause Button (⏸): Top-right button to pause/resume the game
• Sound Toggle: Turn sound effects on/off from the pause menu
• Continue: Resume the current game from pause menu
• New Game: Start a fresh game from pause menu
• Play Again: Restart after game over
