This plugin offers additional features to WooCommerce Subscriptions. such as multiple email reminders, bulk update existing subscription’s price, buy now or subscribe, cancellation minimum periods, switching minimum periods, separate shipping frequency, etc.
This add-on requires the subscription functionality to be enabled on your store. Before purchasing this extension, purchase and install WooCommerce Subscriptions.
After checked with the huge number of feature requests received for WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin, came up with an idea of implementing some of those which are high in demand and its feasible with the core plugin. They are multiple email reminders, bulk update existing subscription’s price, buy now or subscribe, minimum periods, separate shipping frequency, etc. These are bundled together in a single extension called All in One Add-on for WooCommerce Subscriptions.
This extension give customers notice of upcoming changes. Customers can plan ahead and not be surprised or disappointed by changes in their subscription status. Informed customers have greater satisfaction. Keeping customers informed may contribute to more new or renewed subscriptions and an increase in subscription revenue.
i) Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > All in One Subscriptions Add-on > Reminders
ii) Set the days, for example, 3, 2, or 1, to notify the customer before a subscription trial end date, due date, or expiration date in descending order. See the example below (2,1) that will inform customers 48 and 24 hours before an expiration date.
iii) A reminder of the end of a subscription trial
This is a reminder sent to customers before a subscription trial ends.
iv) A reminder of an upcoming manual renewal
This is a reminder sent to customers before a subscription is due for renewal, when renewal requires a manual payment.
v) A reminder of an upcoming automatic renewal of a subscription
This is a reminder sent to customers before an automatic subscription renewal payment is due.
vi) A reminder of subscription expiration
This is a reminder sent to customers before a subscription expires.
vii) A reminder of subscription expired
This is a reminder sent to customers after a subscription expired.
With WooCommerce Subscriptions, any change in a subscription product price is applied only to new subscription orders, not for existing subscriptions. Currently, if store owners want to update the price of their existing subscriptions, they must manually update each one. For high-volume stores, this option can be tedious and time-consuming. This extension instantly updates existing subscription prices in bulk with a single click when the subscribed product price is changed.
i) Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > All in One Subscriptions Add-on > Bulk Update
ii) After a subscription price updates, customers are notified via email.
In WooCommerce Subscriptions, managing multiple shipments for each renewal requires manual tracking and processing, as separate shipping cycles aren’t supported by default. With the Separate Shipping Frequency feature, you can configure distinct shipping schedules for individual subscription products. Shipping orders are automatically processed based on these cycles, and customers receive email notifications when their shipping orders are generated.
i) Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > All in One Subscriptions Add-on > Separate Shipping Frequency
ii) Using storewide options, shipping frequency can be configured for all subscription products.
iii) Using rules, shipping frequency can be configured for specific subscription products or product categories.
iv) Customers are notified via email when shipping orders are generated.
With WooCommerce Subscriptions, not able to create subscriptions for existing Simple and Variable products. By using this extension, site admin can easily configure subscriptions for their existing products and even allow their customers to choose their custom subscription plans effectively.
i) Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > All in One Subscriptions Add-on > Bulk Update
ii) Customers can choose either predefined or custom subscribe plans for the regular products on the product page.

This extension allows you to disable the “Cancel” button for active WooCommerce subscriptions until a specified number of payments have been completed, either storewide or based on custom rules.
i) Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > All in One Subscriptions Add-on > Minimum Periods
ii) Using storewide options, minimum periods can be configured for all subscription products.
iii) Using rules, minimum periods can be configured for specific subscription products or product categories.
